Shelly McCormick, APRN FNP-BC

Shelly McCormick, APRN, FNP-BC is one of the skilled providers at Trancend total body rejuvenation. She is a certified nurse practitioner focusing on internal medicine and aesthetics . She attended Weber State University for her RN and Western Governors University for her BSN, MSN, and FNP. Shelly is also a Member of ANA.

She is organized, determined, a good listener, loves to learn about new things, and loves helping others. Shelly has used her nursing skills for over 20 years to connect with patients and create a relationship of healing and trust between them. She loves helping others find their best self inside and out. Shelly applies a variety of aesthetic procedures to achieve this goal including Botox & Dysport, fillers, CO2, micro needling, Miradry, medical weight-loss and vaginal rejuvenation.

Shelly grew up in Centerville, UT, and spends her free time in her happy place, exploring nature by hiking, horseback riding, hunting, and fishing. She is married and has five children and one grandchild. Shelly also volunteers for the Weber Junior Livestock Association. Shelly also enjoys historical, fantasy, or action books/movies.
